Rob and Lynda Norment are the husband-and-wife team behind OTM Remodeling, bringing a shared passion for transforming houses into beautifully crafted homes. With over two decades of combined experience in residential remodeling, their journey began by flipping homes together, driven by a vision to not only renovate spaces, but to reimagine how people live in them. Over the years, that vision evolved into a full-service remodeling business throughout the Phoenix area rooted in quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.

 

Today, OTM Remodeling is known for delivering innovative designs, attention to detail, and a seamless experience from concept to completion.

Lynda’s real estate background gives the couple a unique perspective, helping clients make design choices that enhance both lifestyle and long-term value. Together, Rob and Lynda guide each project from vision to completion, working with trusted contractors to bring every detail to life.

Beyond their work, Rob and Lynda enjoy a life grounded in their personal passions. Rob spends his free time on the golf course, while Lynda devotes time to her animal rescue, shares a love for horses, and enjoys traveling whenever she can.
